Ingredient:

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Add lentils and water to a sauce pan.
     
  2. Bring to the boil, cover, then turn heat to low and leave to cool for 20 minutes.
     
  3. In a bowl mix together all other ingredients.
     
  4. When all the liquid has absorbed into the lentils, mash with a fork until smooth.
     
  5. Mix in with rest of the ingredients.
     
  6. Shape into patties.
     
  7. Fry in a little oil over medium heat, 2 minutes each side. 
     
  8. These make an excellent addition to brekky, salads, burgers, or as a snack on their own.


** I also added in a few peas and corn to the mix
