Cooking Instruction:

  1.  Blend cashews to a flour then add coconut and blend. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until it all comes together. Add more water if the mixture I too dry.
  2. Roll into rolls and flatten to form cookies. 
  3. Pop in the fridge or freezer to form while making the chocolate coating. Either make your own using coconut oil, cacao, rice malt syrup. Or melt dark chocolate (70% or higher) over a double boiler. 
  4. Dip cookies into chocolate, sprinkle with extra hemp hearts, keep in the fridge :) Enjoy x .
