​** You can either use only Water or Club Soda or mix both to achive a slighly sparkle texture. Both are recommended in room temperature or luke warm to avoid damanging ginger powder's nutriotion. 

Cooking Instruction:

  1.  Add Ginger Powder and Dark Brown Soft Sugar and a quater of Lime juice into a glass
  2. Pour water / club soda / mix both into the glass and mix well.
