Apple Crumble Breakfast Bar with Almond Toffee Granola Topping

- Blend all base ingredients until almost smooth. Press into a lined tin and refrigerate.
- Once apple has cooked down, remove some of the liquid and mix with the starch.
- Add back to the saucepan and cook until liquid is thick.
- Allow to cool
- Pour over base.
- Mix granola with coconut oil and press on Top of the Apple.
- Set in the fridge.
