Apple Crumble Breakfast Bar with Almond Toffee Granolove Topping





  • 1 Cup of Love Earth Organic Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbs of Syrup
  • 1 Tbs of Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbs of Almond Butter
  • 1 Tbs of Love Earth Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil




  • 1 Large Apple (Peeled and Diced)
  • 1 Tsp of Love Earth Organic Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Tsp of Love Earth Unrefined Molasses Sugar
  • 2 Tsp of Love Earth Organic Potato Starch
  • 1/2 Cup of Water




  • 1 Cup of Love Earth Almond Toffee Bites Granolove
  • 1 Tbs of Love Earth Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil




  1. Blend all base ingredients until almost smooth. Press into a lined tin and refrigerate.
  2. To make the filling, Heat a saucepan and add apple, water, molasses, cinnamon.
  3. Once apple has cooked down, remove some of the liquid and mix with the starch.
  4. Add back to the saucepan and cook until liquid is thick.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Pour over base.
  7. Mix granola with coconut oil and press on Top of the Apple.
  8. Set in the fridge.
